Shipping policy

Every Happy Project order is packed with care and sent out as quickly as we can manage. Here's how it works, step by step.

Getting your order ready

Orders leave us within 1 to 5 business days of the day you place them.

  • The moment your order ships, we email you a confirmation with your tracking number.
  • No tracking email by the 5th business day? Take a quick look in your Junk or Spam folder first.
  • Still nothing? Write to us at support@wearhappyproject.com and we'll sort it out.

If your order still hasn't shipped by the 6th business day, our team already knows about it and has passed it to our Fulfillment Team. Please give us 3 more business days to send you an update with your tracking number.

Delivery times

Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 7 to 20 business days in the US and 10 to 25 business days internationally.

While your order is inside that window, tracking can look quiet for a while. That's normal, and it can happen because:

  • the first scan only happens when the parcel reaches a regional hub near you,
  • the first scan only happens at delivery,
  • the carrier's tracking system is slow to update, or
  • the shipping method doesn't offer tracking (some Standard International shipments don't).

Your parcel will arrive on or before the 20th business day (US) or the 25th business day (international).

If it's taking longer

Past 20 business days (US) or 25 (international) with no tracking update: please allow 5 more business days. Most parcels turn up on or just after that point.

Past 30 business days (US) or 35 (international): our team is watching the delay closely and has escalated it to our Fulfillment Manager. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for us to look into it and email you.

Parcels that don't arrive within 30 days can be replaced free of charge, as explained in our Refund Policy.

How we estimate delivery dates

  • We add the transit time to your estimated ship date.
  • Transit time depends on the shipping speed you choose and doesn't count weekends or holidays.
  • Free Shipping orders arrive within 7 to 25 business days. To keep shipping free we send these in the most cost-efficient way, so your order may take a little longer to leave us than you expect, but it will still be timed to reach you within 7 to 25 business days.

Expedited shipping

We rarely offer expedited shipping, which helps keep our prices friendly. When it does appear at checkout, expedited orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days in the US and 10 to 20 business days internationally.
